Swanton Consulting is a specialist engineering firm dedicated to supporting the construction phase of projects with precision and innovation. We provide expert services in construction sequencing, structural stability and capacity assessments, and temporary works design, spanning demolition, structural build, and fit-out stages. Our team of experienced engineers and technicians brings deep knowledge in façade retention, basement construction, ground retention, tower crane bases, and contractor-led design elements.

15 Years of Engineering Innovation
This year, we proudly celebrate our 15th anniversary. Since our founding in 2010 as the technical and engineering arm of The Erith Group, we have remained closely aligned with Erith’s growth and ambitions in the UK construction sector. While our early focus was on demolition, we quickly expanded into complex basement schemes and, more recently, into cut-and-carve alteration and refurbishment projects. Our evolution reflects the changing needs of the industry, building on our core strengths while continuously expanding our capabilities.
