At Swanton Consulting, we are committed to developing the next generation of engineers through a forward-thinking and structured training programme. Backed by The Erith Group and in collaboration with the University of Warwick, we are investing in education pathways that align with the evolving needs of the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Our training approach blends real-world project experience with academic engagement, helping graduates build strong foundations in civil and structural engineering—particularly within the specialist field of temporary works. As an ICE Approved Employer, we operate an accredited training scheme that combines hands-on learning, formal development, and personalised mentoring.

Whether through graduate entry or apprenticeships, every engineer at Swanton receives tailored support from experienced mentors, including Supervising Civil Engineers (SCEs) and Delegated Engineers (DEs), to guide them through their Initial Professional Development (IPD) and toward chartership.
