We operate under the ICE Training Scheme, managing all training records and progress through IPD Online. Our Supervising Civil Engineers (SCEs) and Delegated Engineers (DEs) are fully trained and actively engaged in mentoring—offering structured reviews, feedback, and guidance throughout the Initial Professional Development (IPD) journey.

Swanton maintains a close relationship with ICE to ensure compliance with scheme standards and to provide up-to-date guidance for trainees. Through regular reviews and CPD planning, we offer a clear and reliable route to chartership for all aspiring professional engineers.
