We routinely carry out settlement predictions and building impact assessments using both empirical methods and advanced numerical modelling tools like Plaxis and Wallap. These assessments support both temporary and permanent conditions and are often used to inform party wall and asset protection agreements.

Our engineers also provide ongoing support during live construction, ensuring that designs remain practical and responsive to site conditions. As part of our quality assurance, we regularly conduct peer reviews and Cat 3 checks to ensure robust, buildable, and compliant solutions.
