As an ICE Approved Employer, Swanton Consulting offers a structured and accredited training scheme that supports multiple pathways to professional qualification. Whether through graduate entry or apprenticeships, every engineer receives the technical foundation, mentoring, and project exposure needed to progress confidently toward chartership.

We support a range of professional routes, including:

• Chartered (CEng) and Incorporated Engineer (IEng) pathways with ICE and IStructE
• IDE membership for engineers in demolition-focused roles
• Progressive transitions from EngTech or IEng to CEng

Training Agreements are managed through ICE’s IPD Online platform, with structured quarterly reviews and annual appraisals guiding each candidate’s development. Our experienced mentors—Supervising Civil Engineers (SCEs) and Delegated Engineers (DEs)—provide personalised support throughout the Initial Professional Development (IPD) journey.
